Does BoardMaps offer single sign on (SSO)?

Yes, SSO is available through Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Azure. We also offer Multi-Factor Authentication on mobile and tablet devices using TouchID (iPad & iPhone), FaceID (iPhone), or passcode.

What file types are supported?

Supported file types: zip, arj, 7z, rar, aac, mp3, alac, wav, wma, 3gp, avi, flv, mkv, mp4, mpeg, mpg, wmv, svg, png, jpg, jpeg, bmp, gif, tif, tiff, pdf, doc, docx, xps, rtf, txt, odt, xls, xlsx, csv, ods, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odp, vsd, vsdx, mdp, mpp, mppx, mpt, msg, log

What video conference software to you integrate with?

We currently integrate with Skype for Business. More integrations are coming soon.

Do you have a collaboration feature where members can chat with each other?

Yes, members can send messages and comments to one another.

Can I get BoardMaps on my phone?

Yes, BoardMaps offers an iPhone app as well as an iPad and Android tablet app.

Why can’t I annotate on a document?

Annotating is available on PDF documents via the mobile apps. A setting can be enabled to convert all documents to PDFs so they can be annotated. When documents are downloaded they will be in the original file format. Contact your System Administrator or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
