How to Approve Meeting Minutes
STEP 1
When all edits and changes have been done, click the "Actions" dropdown and select "Request meeting minutes approval." Upon the screen loading, you select which users need to approve the minutes and save.
STEP 2
The user will receive a notification under their "TO-DO" to approve the meeting minutes. Upon clicking on the link, BoardMaps will load this screen for the user to "Approve" or "Add a remark."
STEP 3
When all users have approved the minutes, and any last-minute edits have been done, click the "Actions" dropdown and select "Publish."

NOTE: The approver does have the ability to cancel the publication after clicking "Publish."
Now that the Meeting Minutes have been published, meeting participants can download or view the document within their device.
