How to Filter Action Items and Create Reports
Filtering Action Items
On the Action Items page, you can filter by Initiators, Approvers, etc. Under each one you can select your choice and the filter will load those results automatically.
From the Action Item section of the application, you will click the Filter symbol in the top right. From here, you can select what you would like to filter.
From the Action Items section of the application, filters can be applied by tapping on each option (e.g. Categories, Status, etc.) and then selecting options from the list.
Pre-made filters are available by swiping to the left on the left panel.
How to Create a Report of Action Items
To export this list, click on the XLS or PDF buttons located above the list. This will generate and download a list of Action Items in the relevant file format based on the filter criteria.
